Rolling Meadows Phase III Home Owners Association (HOA) dues are due no later than January 31st of each calendar year.

Failure to pay by the due date will result in a $25 Late Fee assessed monthly until the dues are paid.

The Rolling Meadows Phase III Home Owners Association reserves the right to impose a lien against the property for failure to pay HOA dues.
